Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Saturdays: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Sundays: noon - 4 p.m. On game days, the box office opens at 9 a.m. and remains open until 30 minutes after the game.
Rays Tampa Office:
Located at Park Tower, 400 North Tampa Street, Suite 110 in downtown Tampa, fans can buy tickets during these hours:
10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on non-home game days (M - F)
10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on home game days (M - F)
10 a.m. - 3 p.m. every Saturday
International Plaza and Bay Street via Ticketmaster, Tampa:
Located on the lower level of the mall in Grand Court at the Concierge Desk. Enter through the mall at Robb & Stucky Interiors. The Concierge Desk is to the left of the double elevators.
Prime games are games against the Yankees, Red Sox and Phillies.
Marquee games are games that include a postgame concert or premium giveaway to all fans.
There is a ticket price increase beginning five hours prior to game time.
Please note that children two years or older require a ticket for entry to Tropicana Field.
