Stitch N' Pitch brings together two American traditions - baseball and the needle arts. Join us August 18, 2007, with your knitting, crochet, embroidery, cross-stitch, needlepoint or quilting project. Sit & stitch among friends, family, and colleagues while cheering on the Rays! This is going to be a great evening full of baseball and crafty goodness. Fabric and stitchery displays, lots of good food, and camaraderie in a family-friendly atmosphere, not to mention a battle between the Rays and Cleveland Indians! Tickets are only $8 and the first 500 stitchers who order tickets will receive an official Stitch N' Pitch/Rays tote bag with some complimentary goodies! The Devil Rays have partnered with The National Needle Arts Association (TNNA) to make this an outstanding community event.
