tickets are stolen, the Permanent Rights Holder listed on the Season Ticket account
may have the tickets reprinted, provided a police report is on file at the Tropicana
Field Box Office at least 48 hours prior to the respective game(s). Stolen ticket
rights are not offered should the Permanent Rights Holder transfer or sell the
tickets to a third party.

Postseason Privileges
Only Rays Season Ticket Holders are guaranteed the opportunity to purchase
postseason ticket package(s) for Rays home games.
Priority Numbers
Priority numbers are assigned sequentially as Season Ticket Holders subscribe or
have subscribed. A Season Ticket Holder's priority number determines the order
in which season ticket seat relocations are offered. Full Season Ticket Holders
in designated premium locations receive the exclusive benefit of premium
priority numbers enabling earlier access in the relocation process. A priority
number may not be transferred except as designated in the Season Ticket
Policies and Procedures. Priority numbers, Season Ticket seats and Season
Ticket accounts may NOT be transferred between individuals or entities.
Purchasing Additional Tickets
You may purchase additional single-game tickets by contacting the Season Ticket
Services Department at 727-825-3250 (until five hours before game time), at the
Tropicana Field Box Office, on raysbaseball.com or by calling 888-FAN-RAYS.
Please note, day-of-game fees are applied to each ticket purchased within five
hours of game time as follows: $3 for each Upper Deck and Outfield ticket; $4 for
each Loge Box, Baseline Box and Press Level ticket; and $5 for each Lower Box,
Lower Infield Box, Fieldside Box, Whitney Bank Club and Home Plate Club ticket.
Please contact your Season Ticket Services Specialist directly or call
727-825-3250 to discuss purchasing additional Season Ticket plans.
Revocable License
A game ticket is a revocable license. This license is subject to revocation if the
user of the ticket brings into the stadium (or attempts to bring into the stadium)
any prohibited items, engages in unruly or inconsiderate behavior at a Rays home
game, or otherwise violates Rays Season Ticket or Tropicana Field policies. The
Tampa Bay Rays reserve the right to impose, at any time, rules related to the
conduct of guests at games and establish other policies for Tropicana Field.
Season Ticket Account Ownership
The individual and/or company named on your invoice is the Permanent Rights
Holder. Each season account that is held by a company is required to have a contact
person listed. Only the Permanent Rights Holder is granted renewal, upgrade and
postseason privileges. These privileges are not transferrable and are subject to
payment and/or deposit deadlines. Any Season Ticket Holder failing to renew as
required will lose their current seat location(s), as well as priority number and
seating upgrade opportunities.
Season Ticket Holder Entrance
Exclusive Season Ticket Holder entrances are available at Gate 1 and Gate 4.
Season Ticket Holder Services Table
Season Ticket Services Specialists are available during games at an exclusive
service table for Season Ticket Holders, found on the 100 Level concourse behind

Seat Relocations and Upgrades
Requests for season ticket relocations are accepted during the renewal period.

your renewal invoice. Requests for seating changes will be fulfilled according to
priority number. Once your priority number is reached, your seat(s) will be changed
according to the request submitted. For additional information on seat relocation

Donation Program helps bring the magic of baseball to kids in our community. The
Rays are proud to be partnering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, Big
Brothers Big Sisters of Pinellas and Community Tampa Bay, among other charities,
during the 2009 season. For more information on these organizations, please visit
the Community page. You are also welcome to contact local
charities to donate your tickets to them directly.
New for 2009! We are pleased to offer an easy, online method for donating
your season tickets. Simply log in to your My Rays Account and follow the
directions to Donate Tickets. Please contact Season Ticket Services at 727-825-3250 if you need assistance. Please note, tickets must be received at least
30 days before the game date. Tickets to past games or games within 30 days

Rays games are not eligible to be donated. It is the responsibility of the charity
to which your tickets are donated, not the Rays, to provide you with a receipt
for your donation.

during the season according to the guidelines set forth in the 2009 Ticket Exchange Opportunities. Past game, unused tickets may also be redeemed
