It includes important information, such as contact numbers and e-mail addresses, policies and guidelines for using your Season Tickets, and fun things to enjoy as members of our Season Ticket Family.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please keep us informed of any changes in address, phone number, contact name or e-mail address. To request a change, the Permanent Rights Holder must submit the new information in writing (on company letterhead, if applicable) to: Season Ticket Services, One Tropicana Drive, St. Petersburg, FL 33705. This new information may also be faxed to 727-825-3204.

AUTOMOTIVE ASSISTANCE

Assistance is provided by 1st Response Towing and Recovery at every game for guests with vehicle problems, such as flat tire, dead battery or lock-out. There is no charge for these services. Contact 1st Response Towing and Recovery at 727-535-9999 or visit any Guest Services location (Gates 1, 3 and 4).

AVANTAIR HOME PLATE CLUB

The seats in this luxury seating area are among the closest in baseball - starting only 50 feet from home plate. Avantair Home Plate Club Season Ticket Holders receive in-seat service, complimentary food and drinks, complimentary reserved parking in VIP Lot 1, and access to the Whitney Bank Club. BASEBALL CAMPS presented by The St. Petersburg Times

Rays Baseball Camps have become nationally recognized as the premier training camps in Florida. Our professional instruction teaches children the fundamentals of the game with structured teaching and personal attention. In addition, campers receive complimentary tickets to Rays games, camp t-shirts and hats and autograph opportunities. For more information, please go to Summer Baseball Camps or call 727-825-3306.

BATTER'S EYE RESTAURANT

Overlooking center field, this restaurant features a unique perspective of the field, fun atmosphere, full cocktail bar and a variety of ballpark food options. Guests may access the restaurant by using either the Center Field Street escalator at Gate 1 or the Gate 1 elevator behind the Guest Services desk. The restaurant is available on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information and reservations for parties of six or more, please call the Batter's Eye at 727-825-3378.

Rays Season Ticket Holders are offered a 10 percent discount for table service on regularly priced items, exclusive of alcohol, with their Season Ticket Holder ID card.

BOX OFFICE HOURS

The Tropicana Field Gate 1 Box Office is open Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.; and Sunday, 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. On game days, the Gate 1 Box Office opens at 9 a.m. and remains open until approximately 30 minutes following the end of the game. The Gate 4 Box Office opens approximately 30 minutes before gates open and remains open through the seventh inning.

CENTER FIELD STREET BREWHOUSE

Whether it's for a postgame relief pitcher or a pregame burger, you'll find the Center Field Brewhouse a refreshing, casual eatery. The Brewhouse is open on game days from the time that gates open until one hour after the game ends. Be sure to stop by to mingle with other fans while listening to the pre- and postgame radio shows.

Rays Season Ticket Holders receive a 10 percent discount for table service on regularly priced items, exclusive of alcohol, with their Season Ticket Holder ID Card.

CONCESSIONS

A variety of concessions are offered in the first and third base food courts, as well as in portable stands throughout Tropicana Field. New for 2010, Season Ticket Holders are offered a 10 percent discount at concession stands (excluding portables, Outback and Carvel).

DAY-OF-GAME PRICING

Listed prices increase $3 each category beginning five hours prior to each respective game.

FAN CLUBS

The Rays have three official fan clubs: Rays Rookies for kids 14 and under, Golden Rays for seniors 55 and older and Maddon's Maniacs for Rays fanatics. Membership includes tickets to select Rays home games, discounts, invitations to exclusive events and unique memorabilia. FOOD POLICY

Patrons are permitted to bring food into Tropicana Field for individual consumption. Outside catering or food for consumption by groups larger than a single family are not permitted. All permissible food items must be wrapped, bagged or contained within a soft-sided container that shall not exceed 16" x 16" x 8". Sealed plastic water bottles no larger than one liter and children's single-serving juice boxes are permitted. Items not allowed are cans, thermoses, ice chests, glass containers or any other non-collapsible container or object deemed hazardous.

LOST AND FOUND

Guests may report or inquire about lost items during games at the nearest Guest Services location (Gates 1, 3 and 4). Guests may also call Tropicana Field at 727-825-3137 during normal business hours, Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., to report and describe any lost items and/or to schedule appointments to pick up items that have been found.

LOST/STOLEN/FORGOTTEN TICKETS

Please take the necessary precautions to safeguard your tickets. Handle them in the same way you would handle cash. Reprinted tickets will be issued upon payment of the full face value of the lost tickets. (See also Ticket Forwarding.) If tickets are stolen, the Permanent Rights Holder listed on the Season Ticket account may have the tickets reprinted, provided a police report is on file at the Tropicana Field Box Office at least 48 hours prior to the respective game(s). Stolen ticket rights are not offered should the Permanent Rights Holder transfer or sell the tickets to a third party.

MEETING ROOMS

Meeting rooms are located on the Mezzanine Level along the left-field foul line. These rooms are available for small meetings or parties. Each room accommodates 24 people. Rooms can be joined to seat up to 100. Catering and AV equipment are available. Contact your Season Ticket Services Specialist directly or call 727-825-3250 for more information.

MY RAYS ACCOUNT

Manage your Season Tickets online through    My Rays Account. You can renew your Season Tickets, make payments, forward your tickets and parking passes to friends, resell tickets and parking passes on StubHub and update your contact information to be sure you stay informed at raysbaseball.com. Look under the Tickets menu for My Rays Account. Contact your Season Ticket Services Specialist directly or call 727-825-3250, and we will be happy to guide you through the user-friendly system.

PAGING

Paging is only permitted in the event of an extreme emergency. Please refer those emergencies to Guest Services at Gate 1, 3 or 4.

PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION

The parking system at Tropicana Field offers more than 7,000 parking spaces on 12 lots spread around the facility. General parking will cost $10 per game for Bronze games, $15 per game for Silver and Gold games, and $20 per game for Platinum and Diamond games. Complimentary parking for all vehicles with four or more passengers will be available in Rays lots for all Bronze games and all Sunday games. There will be a limited number of complimentary parking spaces for vehicles with four or more passengers for all other games. (See also Complimentary Parking below.) Rays Season Ticket Holders may purchase discounted, reserved parking packages in Lot 2 or Lot 6, based on availability, by contacting Season Ticket Services at 727-825-3250. Lots open three hours before game time. Detailed parking maps are available on raysbaseball.com/parking.

• Accessible Parking - Located in Lots 1, 6, and 7.
• Baseball Looper Trolley - For select games, the trolley operates from 90 minutes before game time, throughout the game, until one hour after the game is over. The free baseball shuttle picks up passengers on Second Street mid-block between Central Avenue and First Avenue S. (under the Bank of America Tower's pedestrian bridge) and drops passengers off on 16th Street, across from Gate 4. The city-owned garage accessible on First Avenue S., just east of Second Street, is the designated shuttle parking facility and costs $5. Other parking is available in the immediate downtown area. A dedicated van will be available for guests with special needs. Routes may change with demand. To return to your car after the game, make sure you board the Baseball Looper Trolley at the same stop where you were dropped off. Please visit loopertrolley.com for up-to-date information.
• Charter Buses - Buses may drop off passengers along 4th Avenue S. near Gate 3. Buses can park for free on 2nd Avenue S. between 9th and 10th Streets.
• Complimentary Parking - Available for vehicles with four or more passengers for all Bronze games and all Sunday games (subject to availability). There will be a limited number of complimentary parking spaces for vehicles with four or more passengers for all other games.
• Rays Season Ticket Holders will receive complimentary parking packages in Lot 1 with the purchase of two Avantair Home Plate Club Full Season Tickets, four Whitney Bank Club Full Season Tickets or four Fieldside Box Full Season Tickets. Complimentary reserved parking packages in Lot 2 or Lot 6 is available for each game with the purchase of two Whitney Bank Club or Fieldside Box Full Season Tickets or four Whitney Bank Club or Fieldside Box Weekday or Weekend plans.
• Limousines - Limousines with four or more passengers can park for free for all Bronze and Sunday games. There will be a limited number of complimentary parking spaces for limousines with four or more passengers for all other games. If complimentary parking is not available or for limousines with fewer than four passengers, parking will be double the general parking rate for each game, ranging from $20 to $40. Limousines are allowed to drop-off and pick-up on Tropicana Drive outside of Gate 4 or along 4th Avenue S. near Gate 3, with parking accommodations in the limousine lot at the southwest corner of 16th Street and 5th Avenue S.
• Prepaid Parking - Convenient prepaid parking is now available on a single-game basis in Lots 3 and 4, directly across the street from Tropicana Field. Prepaid parking is $15 for Bronze games, $20 for Silver and Gold games and $25 for Platinum and Diamond games. It can be purchased in advance of the game on raysbaseball.com/parking.
• RVs/Campers/Large Vans - These vehicles will be offered complimentary parking with four or more passengers for all Bronze and Sunday games. There will be a limited number of complimentary parking spaces for limousines with four or more passengers for all other games. If complimentary parking is not available or for those vehicles with fewer than four passengers, parking will be double the general parking rate for each game, ranging from $20 to $40. Recreational Vehicles are not permitted to park overnight on Tropicana Field property. Upon arrival, accommodations can be made for these vehicles on a game-to-game basis; however, in general, they will need to park in the same location as buses on 2nd Avenue S. between 9th and 10th Streets. Telephone numbers of the nearest RV campgrounds can be obtained from any Guest Services location (Gates 1, 3 and 4).
• Season Ticket Holder Parking - Rays Season Ticket Holders may purchase discounted parking packages that correspond with their Season Ticket plans in Lots 2 or 6, based on availability. Contact Season Ticket Services at 727-825-3250 for pricing.
• New for 2010! In addition to your Season Tickets, reserved parking passes may be forwarded by e-mail and resold through your My Rays Account on StubHub. Visit your My Rays Account or contact Season Ticket Services at 727-825-3250 for instructions.
• Taxis - Taxis can be called upon at any Guest Services location (Gates 1, 3 and 4). Drop-off and pick-up is on Tropicana Drive in front of Gate 4.
• Tropicana Drive - Tropicana Drive is located in front of Gate 4. It is a one-way drive, with the entrance on 16th Street S. and the exit onto 4th Avenue S. The drive is reserved as a drop-off and pick-up point for limousines, cabs and fans with accessibility needs.

PEPSI FAN WALL OF FAME

Here's your chance to nominate the Rays all-time biggest fans and to give them a permanent spot in Rays history. To nominate a die-hard fan, go to Pepsi Fan Wall of Fame or pick up a nomination form at any Rays Guest Services location (Gates 1, 3 and 4). Inductees will receive recognition on the Wall of Fame at Tropicana Field, two tickets to a 2011 game, a commemorative plaque, an official "Wall of Famer" jersey and Rays/Pepsi merchandise. Nominations are due December 1, 2010.

POSTSEASON PRIVILEGES

Only Rays Season Ticket Holders are guaranteed the opportunity to purchase postseason ticket package(s) for Rays home games. Please note that regular season practices, policies and guidelines may be altered or restricted during postseason play.

PREGAME TIMELINE

Batting practice and infield are taken at the discretion of the team and are subject to change.

Access to the seating bowl opens one and one half hours prior to game time for all Monday - Thursday games and two hours prior to game time for all Friday - Sunday games.

PRIORITY NUMBERS

Priority numbers are assigned sequentially as Season Ticket Holders subscribe or have subscribed. A Season Ticket Holder's priority number determines the order in which season ticket seat relocations are offered. Full Season Ticket Holders in designated premium locations receive the exclusive benefit of premium priority numbers enabling earlier access in the relocation process. A priority number may not be transferred except as designated in the Season Ticket Policies and Procedures. Priority numbers, Season Ticket seats and Season Ticket accounts may NOT be transferred between individual entities.

RADIO BROADCASTS

The flagship for the majority of games broadcast on the Rays Radio Network is 620 WDAE. Certain day games or weekend games that experience programming conflicts will be broadcast on 970 WFLA during the season (visit raysbaseball.com for details). Rays games can be heard on MLB.com and home games are available on XM Radio. Rays games in Spanish can be heard on Genesis 680 WGES in Tampa. To find a Rays Radio Network affiliate, please check raysbaseball.com/radio for a complete list of stations in your area.

RADIOS/TVs

Radios and TVs are permitted inside the stadium. If any of these items interfere with a guest's enjoyment of the game, the devices must be turned off. The Rays flagship radio station is 620 WDAE, and can be received inside Tropicana Field. The Rays will also offer a simulcast of the games inside Tropicana Field on 1260 AM.

RAYMOND'S ACTIVITY BOOK presented by Busch Gardens

Raymond's Activity Book includes mazes, word scrambles, coloring pages, connect-the-dots, crossword puzzles and much more! At each Family Fun Day presented by the St. Petersburg Times (every Sunday home game), kids 14 and under can get their activity book stamped at 12 designated locations inside the stadium and receive a cool Rays prize when they collect them all. Raymond's Activity Book is free for all Rays Rookies members and can be picked up at The Clubhouse by Gate 3. All other fans can purchase Raymond's Activity Book at Gate 1 and 3 Guest Services locations (subject to change) for $1.

RAYS BASEBALL FOUNDATION

The Rays Baseball Foundation, the official charity of the Tampa Bay Rays, focuses primarily on youth and education programs in the Tampa Bay region that make a measurable difference in the community. Key contributors to the Foundation include Rays players, owners, and corporate sponsors. Fans can contribute to the Rays Baseball Foundation by participating in fundraisers held throughout the year.

Over the past two years, the Rays Baseball Foundation has invested over $1.2 million in the Tampa Bay community through grants, scholarships and programs. Flagship programs include the Field Renovation Program, which renovates youth baseball and softball fields, and a summer reading initiative called "Reading with the Rays." The reading program uses the magic of baseball to encourage kids to keep up their reading habits during the summer months.

RAYS TOUCH TANK presented by the Florida Aquarium

The Rays Touch Tank is located in Center Field Street at Gate 1. This experience is free to all fans attending home games. There is a limit of 50 people in the tank area at any time with each session 10 minutes in length. The Rays Touch Tank will close approximately two hours after the first pitch. Fans may purchase food to feed the rays, with proceeds going to The Florida Aquarium and the Rays Baseball Foundation.

RE-ENTRY

Tropicana Field maintains a no re-entry policy.

RESELLING TICKETS

Tickets may not be resold on Tropicana Field property including its parking lots. Individuals engaged in ticket reselling on property may be subject to trespass, ejection and/or arrest and prosecution. Season Ticket Holders interested in reselling their tickets are encouraged to use StubHub.

RUN THE BASES presented by Majestic Athletic

After each Family Fun Day presented by the St. Petersburg Times (every Sunday home game), the Rays invite all fans 14 and under to run the bases. All kids who wish to participate should gather in the first base food court at the conclusion of the game.

SCOREBOARD MESSAGES

Fans who wish to send a special message to someone at a Rays game on Rays Vision should go to Scoreboard Messages for all available options. You may also stop by any Guest Services location (Gates 1, 3 and 4) or call 727-825-3151 for more information.

SEASON TICKET ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP

The individual or company named on the invoice is the Permanent Rights Holder of each Season Ticket Account. Each Season Ticket Account that is held by a company is required to have a contact person listed. Only the Permanent Rights Holder is granted renewal, upgrade and postseason privileges. These privileges are not transferrable and are subject to payment and/or deposit deadlines. Any Season Ticket Holder failing to renew as required will lose their current seat location(s), as well any priority numbers and seat upgrade opportunities.

SEASON TICKET SERVICES TABLE

Season Ticket Services Specialists are available during games at an exclusive service table for Season Ticket Holders, found on the 100 Level concourse behind section 108. The Services table is open through the third inning during every game.

SEAT NUMBERS

Even-numbered sections are on the first base/right field side of Tropicana Field's seating bowl.
Odd-numbered sections are on the third base/left field side of Tropicana Field's seating bowl.
When sitting in your seats and looking at the field, seat No. 1 is to the left in all sections.

SEAT RELOCATIONS AND UPGRADES

• Season Ticket Relocations and Upgrades - Requests for season ticket relocations are accepted during the renewal period. Your request must be indicated on the season ticket relocation form included with your renewal invoice. Requests for seat changes will be fulfilled according to priority number. Once your priority number is reached, your seat(s) will be changed according to the request submitted. Please list only seat locations you prefer over your current seats, as you may not be contacted to discuss your relocation, and once your seats are changed, your former seats may no longer be available. For additional information on Season Ticket seat relocations and upgrades, please contact Season Ticket Services at 727-825-3250 or reference the Tampa Bay Rays Season Ticket Policies and Procedures.
• Single-Game Ticket Relocations and Upgrades - Tickets may be relocated or upgraded on a single-game basis, based on availability. Your original, physical tickets must be relinquished, and, if applicable, you will be charged the difference between the original price paid and the single-game ticket price for the new seat location. Single-game tickets can be relocated and upgraded at the box office or in advance with the Season Ticket Services Department. Please note listed ticket prices increase $3 each category beginning five hours prior to each respective game.

SPRING TRAINING

During spring training, the Rays play at the fully renovated Charlotte Sports Park in Charlotte County, FL. Tickets for games at Charlotte Sports Park can be purchased at the Tropicana Field Box Office, Charlotte Sports Park Box Office, Tampa Pro Shop, all Ticketmaster locations, via Ticketmaster phone and online at raysbaseball.com or raysbeisbol.com. STUBHUB: RE-SELLING YOUR SEASON TICKETS

StubHub is the official Fan to Fan Marketplace of the Tampa Bay Rays. The integration of StubHub and Ticketmaster means that Rays Season Ticket Holders may post your Season Tickets for sale on StubHub through your My Rays Account and electronically deliver the tickets you sell. There is no need to mail the tickets you sell, and you can keep your listing posted until two hours prior to game time.

New for 2010! In addition to your Season Tickets, reserved parking passes may be resold through your My Rays Account on StubHub.

SUMMER CONCERT SERIES presented by Hess Express

The Rays Summer Concert Series presented by Hess Express as part of Rays Saturday Nights presented by Bright House Sports Network offers Rays fans a series of concerts after weekend games, featuring a variety of popular artists. Everyone with a ticket to the game may stay for the concert. Limited field access is available to Season Ticket Holders with wristbands.

TAMPA PRO SHOP & TICKET OUTLET

Visit the Rays Tampa Pro Shop & Ticket Outlet at 400 N. Tampa Street in Downtown Tampa to purchase tickets and merchandise. Hours are Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. (open until 6 p.m. on home game dates); every Saturday year round, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. In the event of postseason participation, hours are extended. TEAM STORE

The Team Store is located in Center Field Street near Gate 1 and is open during Rays home games and special public events. Before Monday - Saturday game days, the Team Store opens at 2 p.m. and remains open until approximately 30 minutes after the end of the game. On Sunday and afternoon game days, the store will open when gates open. Novelty kiosks are open throughout the stadium during all home games. Please contact the Tropicana Field Team Store at 727-825-3429 for up-to-date information on non-game day hours.

TED WILLIAMS MUSEUM & HITTERS HALL OF FAME

Visit the Hitters Hall of Fame to see many of baseball's greatest players, past and present. The collection houses the greats of baseball history, including Babe Ruth, Joe DiMaggio, Willie Mays and Ted Williams, "the greatest hitter who ever lived." See baseball's best come to life in the "Hitter's Theatre" and view unique collections with tributes to Japanese baseball, the Negro League, the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League, and a new tribute to Jewish Major Leaguers and their impact on baseball, featuring Hall of Famers Sandy Koufax and Hank Greenberg.

TICKET DONATION

Your generous gift of future game tickets to the Tampa Bay Rays Season Ticket Donations Program helps bring the magic of baseball to kids in our community. The Rays are proud to partner with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Pinellas and Community Tampa Bay, among other charities, during the 2010 season. For more information on these organizations, please visit the Community page on raysbaseball.com. You are also welcome to contact local charities to donate your tickets to them directly.

Donated tickets must be received at least 30 days before the game date. Tickets to past games or games within 30 days will not be accepted. Past game tickets that have been redeemed for future Rays games are not eligible to be donated. It is the responsibility of the charity to which your tickets are donated, not the Rays, to provide you with a receipt for your donation.

TICKET EXCHANGE

Season Ticket Holders may exchange future 2010 Season Tickets to other games during the season according to the guidelines set forth in the 2010 Ticket Exchange Opportunities. Past game, unused tickets may also be redeemed to a select list of games. Tickets for exchange and redemption are subject to availability and may only be exchanged during the 2010 season.

TICKET FORWARDING

Unable to make it to a game? Know someone who can? You can e-mail your tickets and parking passes up to two hours prior to game time using your My Rays Account. You can even e-mail tickets to yourself if your physical tickets have been misplaced or damaged. The process is easy. A demonstration is available in your My Rays Account. TICKET RESELLING

WHEELCHAIR TRANSPORTS

Wheelchair transports are provided by St. Anthony's Event Health Care Medical Team. Wheelchair assistance is provided from the gate to your seat and back to the gate at the end of the game. For ease of ingress and egress, it is recommended that those requiring wheelchair access are dropped off on Tropicana Drive and enter through Gates 4 or 5. Wheelchair transporters are not allowed to leave Tropicana Field to pick-up or deliver patrons outside of the gates. Wheelchairs are not available for rent or borrow for any portion of the game. Wheelchair transports are available on a first-come, first-served basis only.

Guests are asked to be patient when requesting assistance to leave the facility. If a guest intends to leave after the 8th inning, that guest will be picked up in the order in which he or she was dropped off. If a guest did not use the wheelchair transport service upon arrival, he or she will be added to the end of the list when leaving.

WHITNEY BANK CLUB

The Whitney Bank Club is located on the Mezzanine Level of Tropicana Field, just below the suites. Here you can watch the game live from the first base line or from any of the dozens of flat screen televisions. WHITNEY BANK CLUB 105

Whitney Bank Club 105 not only provides padded seating near home plate, but also offers full access to the Whitney Bank Club - including the all-inclusive buffet and complimentary beer and wine. Fans seated in Whitney Bank Club 105 will also receive complimentary peanuts, popcorn, pretzels and domestic draft beer, wine and Pepsi products adjacent to the seating area.

WIFFLE BALL HOME RUN DERBY

After each Family Fun Day presented by the St. Petersburg Times (every Sunday home game), kids 14 and under can participate in a Wiffle Ball Home Run Derby. Line up at the left field doors near Section 141 to participate. Each kid receives three pitches to hit a home run over the outfield wall.

WILL CALL/THIRD PARTY WILL CALL

Tickets left at Will Call by personal contacts or purchased through your Services representative or the Rays Sales Department may only be picked up at Gate 4, starting two hours before game time.

Accepting third-party Will Call is at the discretion of the Tampa Bay Rays and may be discontinued at any time, such as during the postseason.

Single-game tickets purchased through Ticketmaster by phone or internet may be picked up at Will Call at the Box Office windows at Gates 1 and 4.
