2009 Season Ticket Deposit

By placing a deposit, the buyer acknowledges that he/she has read the conditions outlined below.
The deposit placed on the account is non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be combined. Deposits represent a commitment to purchase 2009 season
tickets. Season ticket packages generally consist of 20 or more games as designated by the Rays. Failure to purchase 2009 season tickets by March 30, 2009,
will result in a forfeiture of both the deposit and priority number. Deposits are subject to availability, with a maximum of eight. The season ticket holder is the
permanent rights holder (whether person or business) on the original application for tickets, and that person or business is assigned an account. If the season
ticket holder is an entity, a contact name must be provided to the Rays. The permanent rights holder is not subject to change pursuant to the Rays Season Ticket
