Additional Game/Ticket Information
Safeguard your tickets. Handle them in the same way you would
handle cash. There are no complimentary tickets for
postseason games. Lost tickets cannot be reprinted
or replaced. A police report is required to replace
stolen tickets.
Stolen tickets. If tickets are stolen, the Permanent Rights Holder
listed on the season ticket account may have the tickets
reprinted provided a police report is on file at the
Tropicana Field Box Office at least 48 hours prior to
the respective game(s). Ticket replacement rights for stolen tickets are not
offered should the Permanent Rights Holder transfer
or sell the tickets to a third party.
Incorrect tickets. Fans arriving without the correct game tickets will
not be admitted. Tickets cannot be reprinted or
replaced.
Will Call. IF YOUR TICKETS ARE AT WILL CALL, WE ADVISE YOU
TO ARRIVE EARLY. Will Call customers must provide photo ID, confirmation number, and credit card used to purchase tickets. Third-party tickets will not be accepted at Will Call.
New Re-Sale Ticket Policy. By ordinance passed by the St. Petersburg City Council last week, the re-sale of World Series tickets will be prohibited on all Tropicana Field property, including parking lots.
World Series Parking. Parking for the World Series will be $20 per car.
Four people or more in a car still park for free. This is being done to encourage carpooling and decrease congestion. This applies to all Rays lots (excluding Lot 1 which will not be sold).
Gate/Lot Times. Parking lots will open at 3 p.m. and gates will open at 5:30 p.m.
Please note, wireless Internet access at Tropicana
Field will not be available to the public during postseason
games.
