MLB game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Tampa Bay Rays, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to those policies applicable to Rays ticket holders generally; as such the Rays from time to time in their sole discretion may amend policies.
The dates and times for all potential Division Series and American League Championship Series games to be played in St. Petersburg are yet to be determined. The Division Series, best of five format, will begin on October 6. The American League Championship Series, best of seven format, will begin on October 15.
The World Series will begin on October 27, with the American League team hosting games 3, 4 and 5. Should the Rays advance to the World Series, the dates of the games to be played in St. Petersburg at Tropicana Field would be: October 30, October 31 and November 1. See Postseason Schedule.
Ticket holders who purchased tickets through raysbaseball.com via the Internet will receive an automatic refund through a credit issued to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase (approximately two to three weeks after the last Rays game). The actual ticket will have no cash value AND SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED. The ticket holder will also receive a refund of the per ticket convenience fee. Per order Processing/Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
