       Rays Cards - General Information

  7.  What is the Rays Card? What can it be used for?
  8.      The Rays Card is an RFID chip-enabled stored value card that you can use as your ticket to gain entry to Rays games, and to make concessions and merchandise purchases at Tropicana Field. Season Ticket Holders with Rays Cards can also use it as their parking pass. In addition to the convenience of not having to carry cash or paper tickets, it is your means of accessing your Rays Membership benefits.

  9.  How do I get a Rays Card?
  10.      Rays Cards are provided to 2014 Rays Season Ticket Holders and 2014 Flex Pack purchasers.

    •  Season Ticket Holders receive one Rays Card per seat in their account, and have the opportunity to nominate share partners to receive their own Rays Cards (see question 6 for details).
    •  Flex Pack holders receive one Rays Card per Flex Pack purchased.
  11.  Can I request additional Rays Cards?
  12.      Rays Season Ticket Holders automatically receive one set of Rays Cards equal to the number of seats in their account. Season Ticket Holders may also nominate share partners to receive their own Rays Cards (i.e. family and friends who share your ticket plan).

    •  Season Plan Holders may nominate up to three share partners to each receive a set of Rays Cards equal to the number of seats in their account (up to a total of 20 Rays Cards).
    •  Weekend and Weekday Plan Holders may nominate up to two share partners to each receive a set of Rays Cards equal to the number of seats in their account.
    •  22-Game Plan holders may nominate one share partner to receive a set of Rays Cards equal to the number of seats in their account.

Season Ticket Holders wishing to request additional Rays Cards beyond the number specified for their plan type may do so at a membership fee of $25.00 per Rays Card. Additional Rays Cards will receive the membership tier and benefits of the requesting Season Ticket Holder (i.e. an Elite Member requesting additional Rays Cards will receive Elite cards, a Gold Member will receive Gold).

  13.  Who can request additional Rays Card cards?
  14.      Only the Personal Rights Holder on a season ticket account may request additional Rays Cards. Please speak to the primary contact for your account about sending you an invitation to receive a Rays Card if you have not received one.

  18.      Simply log in to your My Rays Membership account at www.raysbaseball.com/membership using your e-mail address or Account ID and password.        Ticketing - Season Tickets

  19.  How do I deliver my ticket onto my Rays Card?
  20.      If as a Season Ticket Holder you opted to receive digital-only tickets, your season tickets will be automatically delivered onto your Rays Card(s), and any parking passes will be automatically delivered to the Rays Card of the primary account holder. If you opted to receive paper tickets, you can deliver tickets and/or parking passes to your Rays Card(s) using your My Rays Membership account.

After logging into your account at www.raysbaseball.com/membership, select "Manage Tickets". Select the desired event and choose "Transfer Tickets To A Card" from the drop down menu. Repeat for as many events as you would like to transfer. When completed, click "Continue". On the next screen, select the Rays Card to which you would like to transfer each ticket. Only one ticket may be delivered to each Rays Card for each event. When completed, select "Next Step", agree to the Terms of Use, and then select "Complete Transfer". You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the transfer is complete.

  21.  What happens to my printed ticket after I deliver my ticket to my Rays Card?
  22.      Once you transfer a ticket to a Rays Card, the original printed ticket is no longer valid. If you decide that you no longer wish to use the selected Rays Card for that event, you may reprint a paper ticket or transfer the ticket to a friend by selecting "Manage My Tickets" from your My Rays Membership account home screen and complete the transfer process.

       Ticketing - Flex Packs

  23.  What are Flex Packs?
  24.      Flex Packs are three, six, and nine game ticket voucher plans that allow you the flexibility to choose the games you want, when you want, while receiving a discount off regular ticket prices. Unlike regular paper tickets, Flex Pack purchasers receive a Rays Card to use as their ticket, and tickets are non-transferable. The Rays Card also provides access to additional membership benefits. For more information, see Flex Packs.

  25.  How do I exchange my Flex Pack vouchers for game tickets?
  26.      After logging into your My Rays Membership account at www.raysbaseball.com/membership, select "Manage My Tickets". Select the Flex Pack voucher you wish to exchange. In the box that appears, select "Exchange Seats". Check the boxes of the Flex Packs you wish to exchange, or check "Select All", and click "Manage More Tickets". Confirm the selected vouchers and click "Continue To Exchange". On the "Select Event" screen, select the game you wish to attend and click "Continue". Using the interactive map, select your seats from those available in your zone. Click "Checkout". Confirm the details of your exchange on the following page and click "Exchange Seats". If prompted, enter your My Rays Membership account password and click "Exchange Seats". Select "Rays Card" as the delivery option and click "Continue".        Ticketing - Single Game Tickets

  27.  Can I deliver additional single game ticket purchases to my Rays Card?
  28.      Rays Card holders are encouraged to use their Rays Card for additional single game or Flex Pack tickets they purchase in order to take advantage of their benefits for those games. The additional tickets must be purchased through your online My Rays Membership account. After logging into your account at www.raysbaseball.com/membership, find the box labeled "Ticket & Plan Purchases" and select the type of tickets you wish to purchase. On the following screen, select the game you wish to attend and complete the process to purchase the tickets.

After the purchase is complete, the tickets will appear in your My Rays Membership account along with the other events to which you hold tickets, and are available for delivery to your Rays Card(s). Please not that these additional ticket purchases will not be automatically delivered to your Rays Card, and must be delivered using the steps outlined in question 10 above.

       Ticketing - General

  29.  How do I use my Rays Card as my ticket?
  30.      Upon arriving at the game, scan your Rays Card at one of the self-scanning readers at the entry gates. You will receive a receipt denoting your seating location and you're on your way!

  31.  How will I be able to show where my seats are when I use my Rays Card as my ticket?
  32.      Upon scanning your Rays Card at the entry gate, you will receive a receipt denoting your seat location for the game. If requested, show the slip to the usher at your section as proof of your seat location.

       Parking

  33.  Can I use my Rays Card for parking?
  34.      Season Ticket Holders with parking passes now have the opportunity to deliver their parking pass to their Rays Card, which can then be presented to the parking attendant at their designated lot instead of a printed parking pass. Monetary funds loaded onto a Rays Card cannot currently be used to pay for parking.

  35.  How can I transfer my parking pass to my Rays Card?
  36.      If as a Season Ticket Holder you opted to receive digital-only tickets, your parking passes will be automatically delivered onto the Rays Card of the primary account holder. If you opted to receive paper tickets, you can deliver parking passes to your Rays Card(s) using your My Rays Membership account.

After logging into your account at www.raysbaseball.com/membership, select "Manage Tickets". Select the parking pass you wish to transfer and choose "Transfer Tickets To A Card" from the drop down menu. Repeat for as many parking passes and/or event tickets as you desire. When completed, click "Continue." On the next screen, select the Rays Card to which you would like to transfer each parking pass. When completed, select "Next Step," agree to the Terms of Use, and then select "Complete Transfer." You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the transfer is complete. Fans are strongly encouraged to check their balance and top up before the game to avoid delays.

  41.  How do I receive my top up bonus?
  42.      Rays Card holders receive a bonus on all funds they load into their Rays Card account (15% for Elite Members, 12% for Gold, 5% for Blue). The bonus dollars are called "Burst Bucks", which can be used just like cash for concessions and merchandise purchases at Tropicana Field. Your Burst Bucks will automatically appear in your account at the time you load funds into your account.

  43.  What is Auto Top Up? Should I sign up for it?
  44.      Auto Top Up links your Rays Card account to your credit or debit card, ensuring that you always have enough funds in your account without having to remember to top up manually. Auto Top Up participants also receive up to $200 in overdraft protection if making a purchase for an amount greater than the balance in their account.

Enter the new credit or debit card information that you wish to use for Auto Top Up, and click to complete the transaction.

  49.  How do I access my renewal gift?
  50.      If as a Rays Season Ticket Holder you were eligible to receive a renewal gift, it will be pre-loaded onto your Rays Card and is ready to be used once you activate your Rays Card account. Your renewal gift can be redeemed for concessions and merchandise anywhere that the Rays Card is accepted.

  55.  What are Burst Bucks?
  56.      Burst Bucks are the promotional dollars you earn as the bonus on the amounts you load into your Rays Card account. Unspent Burst Bucks expire on December 31st of each year.

  57.  Can I transfer funds from one card to another?
  58.      Yes, you may transfer funds from your Rays Card account balance to another Rays Card through your My Rays Membership account. After logging into your account at www.raysbaseball.com/membership, select "e-Cash" from the menu on the left hand side of the page, then "Transfer Funds". Ensure the Rays Card from which you would like to transfer funds is selected on the menu bar at the top of the screen. If transferring funds to a Rays Card on your account, select it from the drop down menu. If transferring funds to a Rays Card that is not associated with your account, enter the Member ID in the boxes marked "Member ID" and "Confirm Member ID". Select the amount you would like to transfer from the drop down menu and click the "Transfer" button. Transferred funds will be withdrawn first from available e-Cash, then from Burst Bucks. 61.  How do I make a purchase using my Rays Card?
  62.      To make a purchase using your Rays Card, present your card to the cashier as you would any other form of payment.
