GENERAL INFORMATION

Commemorate a special occasion by displaying a message on the Tropicana Field scoreboard during a Rays home game.
 
Rays Birthdays Presented by Carvel Birthday messages can now be purchased online for $60.00. Each message includes a photo of the scoreboard message and a thank you card from the Rays sent to the purchasers' address.
 
Add on a DVD! For only $25 more, you can also receive a DVD of the message as it appeared on the scoreboard (not a shot of the Message recipient).
 
RAYS PROPOSALS
Marriage Proposal messages can now be purchased online for $175.00. Each message includes flowers, a live camera shot on the scoreboard and DVD of the moment sent to the purchasers' address.
 
Payment must be made prior to announcement. Your credit card will be charged upon approval of the message.

There are a limited number of scoreboards available each game. Space is limited, so order your scoreboard message today. If you do not see the game listed, you have missed the deadline to order online. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received, and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive e-mail confirmation shortly after the close of the submission period to confirm your order. All scoreboard messages will run in the fourth inning.*

MESSAGE CONTENT & LENGTH
The Rays reserve the right to edit or refuse any message if necessary. Messages that are obscene, offensive, include foul language or refer negatively to the Rays or any other Major League Baseball organization will be not accepted. They may also not include the name of any MLB player. The message cannot be used for commercial purposes, however, you may welcome a group or company who is attending the game.

Messages can be up to 100 characters or less including spaces and punctuation.

ORDERING DEADLINES
Scoreboard Messages must be submitted no later than five (5) days prior to the game.
