ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Rays Office Lunch Party Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Hernando and Polk counties in Florida, who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Tampa Bay Rays (the "Sponsor"), the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM" or "MLB.com"), SportsOnEarth, LLC, Tickets.com, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void outside Florida where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
 
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 11 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Thursday, December 20, 2007 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, April 7, 2008 ("Entry Period"). There are two ways to enter: online, or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address/household, regardless of method of entry.
 
1. Online Method: During the Entry Period go to raysbaseball.com and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. By submitting your completed online entry form as directed, you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to MLB.com's Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy. Entrants must complete all non-optional data requested on the online entry form. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from raysbaseball.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails.
 
2. Mail-in Method: If you do not wish to enter online, you may enter the Sweepstakes by hand-printing your name, address, city, state and zip code, day & evening telephone number (including area code), date of birth and e-mail address (optional) on a standard size postcard and mail to: Rays Office Lunch Party Sweepstakes, Tampa Bay Rays, One Tropicana Drive, St. Petersburg, FL 33705. Sponsor will use e-mail addresses provided via the Mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's provision of this information. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 7, 2008 and received by Sponsor by April 14, 2008.
Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
 
DRAWING DEADLINES: There will be a total of fifteen (15) random drawings (one drawing on or about each Monday from January 7, 2008 through April 14, 2008 (the "Drawing Period")) from among all eligible entries received by the applicable drawing entry deadline as set forth below. Drawings will occur on or about each Monday at or approximately at 5:00 p.m. ET of each week during the Drawing Period (January 7, January 14, January 21, January 28, February 4, February 11, February 18, February 25, March 3, March 10, March 17, March 24, March 31, April 7 and April 14) (each, a "Drawing Date")).
 
To be eligible for drawings:

• online entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on the Monday of the week prior to the week of the Drawing Date, and no later than by 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, April 7, 2008; or
  
  
• mail-in entries must be post marked by no later than the Monday of the week prior to the week of the Drawing Date and received by Sponsor no later than the Drawing Date.

All non-winning eligible entries from one drawing will be eligible for all subsequent drawings.
 
RANDOM DRAWING: There will be fifteen (15) potential winners of the Sweepstakes (each, a "Winner" and collectively, the "Winners") selected by random drawing on or about each Monday during the Drawing Period from all eligible entries received by the applicable drawing entry deadline for each Drawing Date by the Sponsor or MLBAM, as applicable. The decisions of Sponsor, including the selection of Winners, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Limit one (1) Prize per person, family or household.
 
PRIZES: Fifteen (15) Prizes Will Be Awarded. Each Winner will receive (a) lunch provided by Rays which shall include sandwiches and soda for Winner and up to nineteen (19) guests at the winner's place of employment on a Friday between Jan 18, 2008 and April 25, 2008. The place of employment must be within Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Hernando or Polk County, or else the visit will be to the winner's residence in one of those counties (the "Lunch Event"), (b) Twenty (20) Rays prize packs consisting of gift pack including assorted promotional items to be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, and (c) a visit by Rays Street Team & Raymond during the Lunch Event, subject to the availability of Rays Street Team & Raymond. (a), (b) and (c), collectively, the "Prize"). (Estimated Retail Value of each prize: $ 150)
 
The Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner's companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, unless traveling with a parent or guardian.
 
The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. There will be no substitutions for the Prize except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion.
 
NOTIFICATION: The potential Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone by the Sponsor and/or MLBAM and may (in Sponsor's discretion) be confirmed by postal mail, return receipt (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that the potential Winner does not respond to such Prize Notification within three (3) days of date of notification, a disqualification will result and an alternate Winner shall be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. The potential Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within five (5) days of date of receipt. A disqualification will result and an alternate potential Winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries if all required documents are not properly executed and returned within the specified period of time. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or potential Winner's noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and cause an alternate Winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.
 
WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, all entrants agree to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. By acceptance of Prize, each Winner grants to Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, city and state/province of residence and/or likeness in any medium now or hereafter devised worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
 
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, late, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, postage due or illegible entries or mail. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. The Sponsor, the MLB Entities and their respective agents and representatives are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss or delay of entry or prize reply information, or any viruses transmitted to computers of participants via the Internet, or for any technical or human errors associated with the Sweepstakes. If, in the exclusive judgment of MLBAM or Sponsor, this promotion becomes compromised in any way, MLBAM and Sponsor reserve the right to withdraw the promotion offer, cancel any method of entry, to void any entries submitted fraudulently or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to act that compromised the promotion.
 
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, the other MLB Entities or their respective agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the County of New York, state of New York.
 
Sponsor and/or the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify Winners and award the Prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation.
 
All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In case of multiple entries, only the first entry received will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
 
WINNERS' LIST: For a list of Winners (available after April 30, 2008), mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Rays Office Lunch Party Sweepstakes, One Tropicana Drive, St. Petersburg, FL 33705.
 
Winner's list requests must be received by May 31, 2008.
