Speakers Bureau

To request a member of our Rays front office or broadcast teams to speak at an upcoming event, please submit your request at least eight weeks in advance. Requests will be reviewed monthly.

Please include the following information in your request:

• Organization name
• Contact name
• Phone number
• Date(s) of event
• Expected number of attendees
• Location of event
• Specific topics you would like speaker to address

Our speakers are experts on a variety of topics including player information, baseball operations, community programs, sales and advertising, and more. Requests may be emailed to community@raysbaseball.com or mailed to the following address:
