The Rays encourage your community to participate in Aquafina Pitch, Hit and Run (PHR), the official skills competition of Major League Baseball. PHR is open to ages 7-14, with separate divisions for boys baseball and girls softball. Kids have the opportunity to advance through four levels of competition, beginning each year with local competitions in March and April. The top competitors from north and central Florida are hosted each summer at Tropicana Field and the annual National Finals is hosted in July at the MLB All-Star Game. Get more information and learn how to get involved with PHR.
