Rays Baseball Foundation The Rays Baseball Foundation is committed to assisting youth and education programs throughout the Tampa Bay region. The Foundation will provide three grant programs in 2008:

Community Fund Grant Program
These funds should help add to and support current programs offered by community-based non-profit organizations. Grants awarded through this program average $5,000. All-Star Grant Program
The Foundation would like to foster relationships with regional non-profits with similar goals. Our commitment is not only to provide monetary support to area non-profits, but to create partnerships that serve the Tampa Bay community as a whole. The All-Star Grant provides substantial monetary ($50,000 - $100,000) support to regional programs serving our youth (collaborative applications will be accepted). To submit a letter of intent for the All-Star Grant Program, please read the instructions below. The deadline for letter submission is June 19, 2008.

Field Renovation Program
The Field Renovation Program will provide new or renovated youth ball fields to various communities throughout the Tampa Bay region. The program does not provide cash grants to organizations or government agencies. Through municipal and corporate partnerships, the Rays Baseball Foundation will work with landscapers and contractors to overhaul individual fields. The Rays Baseball Foundation will determine a field's individual needs on a case by case basis. The 2008 application period for the Field Renovation Grant is closed. If you are interested in applying for 2009, please check back for updates.
