In-Kind Donation Requests

The Tampa Bay Rays are proud to support local organizations through in-kind donations. The Tampa Bay Rays strive to accommodate as many requests as possible. However, due to the high volume of requests we have set guidelines and requirements that we ask to be followed. Organizations must adhere to the requirements below to be qualified for consideration:

• Organization must be located within the 10-county area immediately surrounding the Tampa Bay area.
• Organization must be non-profit or charitable.

Qualified organizations go through a detailed selection process, in order to be considered organizations' request must be made in writing on organizations' letterhead and received at least 5 weeks prior to the date of the event. (Faxed or e-mail requests will NOT be accepted.)

Request must include ALL of the following information:

• Type of event
• Date and location of event
• How donation will be used (i.e. - live or silent auction, raffle, door prize, etc.)
• Information about the organization
• Address and phone number of the contact person
• A copy of organization's 501(c)3 designation letter
• Tax ID number

Please understand we try to help as many organizations as possible but we cannot accommodate everyone.
