In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Determination.

Why did you join the program? I joined the program because I wanted to become a better leader and role model. It also would keep me busy and give me something productive to do.

What have you gained from the program? I have gained more confidence and I work better in groups now.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part of the program is mentoring, because I enjoy working with the little kids and teaching them things they could use daily.
