Each of the Delta SKY360° Suite Benefits are subject to change and/or modification at any time by the New York Yankees from time to time and may be subject to additional sales or other applicable federal, state and/or local taxes, payable solely by you. The unavailability, modification or cancellation of any of the Delta SKY360° Suite Benefits shall not constitute a breach by the New York Yankees of any license or ticket agreement entered into by you and the New York Yankees in connection with your membership in the Delta SKY360° Suite, or entitle you to any compensation, credits, rebates, refunds, offsets, make-goods or any other remedy.
