The Devil Rays had to fend off a furious late-inning rally by the Mariners, including a ninth-inning Ichiro homer, to win the series finale and give Jae Seo his third win of the year. Dioner Navarro had two hits, including a two-run triple in the fourth inning, and Carl Crawford had three RBIs to snap the Rays' five-game losing streak.
