Rays expected to call on Price
Touted pitcher may get Monday's starting nod

Scott Kazmir and Troy Percival both landed on the 15-day disabled list.
But the injuries have a silver lining, as they may have brought exciting news for the organization.
With Kazmir's Monday turn in the rotation currently open, the Rays are expected to call up young phenom David Price. The 23-year-old left-hander is currently in Triple-A Durham, where he's gone 1-4 with a 3.93 ERA in eight starts for the Bulls.
The move for the corresponding option won't come until after Sunday's game. Price is scheduled to start in the Minor Leagues on Saturday, but he will be scratched.
In five games -- one start -- for the Rays during the regular season last year, Price sported a 1.93 ERA through 14 innings. The Nashville, Tenn., native pitched 2 1/3 shutout innings in the American League Championship Series last year and allowed two runs -- one earned -- in 3 1/3 frames in the World Series.
During that postseason run, the No. 1 overall Draft pick in 2007 was the winning pitcher in Game 2 and got the crucial save in Game 7 of the ALCS against the Red Sox.
