Rays agree to terms with Stokes; Webb outrighted to Durham

St. Petersburg, FL -- The Tampa Bay Devil Rays today agreed to terms on a one-year contract with right-handed pitcher Brian Stokes.

The Rays also outrighted right-handed pitcher John Webb to Triple-A Durham with an invite to major league spring training. Webb was designated for assignment January 25 when the Rays signed right-handed pitcher Jeff Niemann.
