    The Atlanta Braves today acquired minor league right-handed pitcher Sean Ratcliffe from the Toronto Blue Jays in exchange for right-handed pitcher Jason Grilli and cash considerations. The team also recalled right-handed pitcher Ryan Weber from Triple-A Gwinnett to take Grilli's spot on the active roster. Weber will be available in the bullpen for tonight's game.

Triple-A Gwinnett manager Brian Snitker has been named as the club's interim manager, while Gwinnett pitching coach Marty Reed has joined the club as bullpen coach. Terry Pendleton will move from first base coach to bench coach and Eddie Perez will move from bullpen coach to first base coach.
