When will I receive my itinerary package with my game tickets and my Special Guest credentials?
Red Sox Destinations is going digital! While you will still receive your credentials and game tickets via FedEx, you will receive all other itinerary materials digitally via e-mail. Both the FedEx package and digital materials will be delivered no later than 1 week prior to your trip. Included within your itinerary are all confirmation numbers, a schedule of events for your weekend, and other pertinent information for your Red Sox Destinations Spring Training trip. Please note that we require a physical address be provided as FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
What is in my gift bag? When can I expect to receive it?
Your standard gift bag will include a premium baseball material bag, Red Sox t-shirt & hat, an MLB Game Ball, ball holders for each guest, and the most recent edition of Red Sox Magazine. For an additional $100 you can upgrade your gift bag to include a Majestic Athletic Replica Jersey(s) of choice (size, style, and player.) You can retrieve your gift bag upon check-in at your selected hotel. If you choose to take part in Red Sox Destinations without hotel accommodations, we will have your gift bag waiting upon arrival at the player reception.
What styles of Majestic Athletic Replica Jersey are available?
Should you upgrade to receive a Majestic Athletic Replica Jersey(s), these are available in Men's, Women's, and Youth sizes. The availability of styles is as follows:
  • Men's: Any player or personalization is available for the Home (White) jersey, Road (Grey) jersey, and Alternate (Red) jersey. Please note that like the on-field version, the home jersey only has the number on the back, and does NOT have the player's name. Both the Road (Grey) and Alternate (Red) jerseys will have name and number on the back.
  • Women's: Any player or personalization is available for the Home (White) jersey.
  • Youth: Any player or personalization is available for the Home (White) jersey
When do I need to select my Red Sox shirt sizes by?
In order to ensure that your Red Sox shirts are ready for you and your party by the time the Destinations trip begins, please be sure to make all selections no later than 60 days prior to your trip.
If I upgrade to a jersey gift bag(s), when do I need to select my jersey(s) by?
In order to ensure that your Red Sox jerseys are ready for you and your party by the time the Destinations trip begins, please be sure to make all selections no later than 60 days prior to your trip. All jerseys are made custom by Majestic Athletic, and require advance ordering in order to ensure on-time delivery.
What if I don't order my jerseys by the cut-off date?
If you are unable to select your jerseys within 60 days of the trip's departure, we will make a best effort to get your jerseys for you in time for your trip, but please be aware that there is a possibility your jerseys will need to be sent to your home address after your trip's conclusion.
Where are the seats located for games on the road?
Red Sox Destinations always looks to secure the best available seat locations. Generally, we aim for tickets that have a face value between $40 and $70. We work diligently with each team's ticket office to negotiate the best possible location that can accommodate our group.
Where are the seats located for games at Fenway?
At Fenway, Red Sox Destinations guests sit in what is known as the Coca-Cola Pavilion (PR18 on the Fenway Seating chart.) It is on the State Street Pavilion level (one of our two premium levels) and is located between third base and the Green Monster. With a full view of the Fenway field and an outstanding view of the Boston skyline in the background, the Coca Cola Pavilion provides an excellent vantage point to view some exciting Red Sox baseball. One of the newest sections in the park (first opening in 2008), the comfort and spaciousness of the seats is hard to find anywhere else at Fenway.
What is the Green Monster/On-Field Batting Practice upgrade?
The Green Monster/On-Field Batting Practice upgrade is available for select Red Sox Destinations games at Fenway Park. In addition to your Coca-Cola Pavilion game ticket, you will receive a Green Monster Standing Room ticket. This will give you access to the Green Monster during the game and during batting practice in additional to your seat in the Coca-Cola Pavilion. You will also have the special opportunity to watch the Red Sox take batting practice from the warning track (weather permitting). Capacity is limited to just 20 people for each game that the upgrade is made available.
If I would like to extend my stay, should I do so through Red Sox Destinations or should I call the hotel directly?
All hotel extensions should be made with Red Sox Destinations via telephone at 617.226.6400 to ensure that you receive our special discounted rate. Please book all extensions to your stay no later than 3 weeks prior to your check-in date in order to ensure availability. All extended reservations are made based on availability at the hotel.
What is your rain-out policy?
While a rain out is not a common occurrence during the season, it is always a possibility. In the event a rain out does occur, there are a few options:
  • Your ticket is always good for the rescheduled game (which in many cases is played during the dates of the scheduled trip as a double header).
  • In the event the game is not played during the dates of the scheduled trip and you are unable to attend the rescheduled game, the ticket is yours to do what you wish with (give to friends, family, etc.)
  • In the event you cannot use the ticket at all, we will do our best to obtain a refund from the team. If we are able to do so, we will happily refund you the face value of the ticket.
Which player will attend the VIP Reception?
Each VIP Reception will include a chance to get autographs and participate in a Q&A with one current Red Sox player. Due to the busy and often unpredictable schedules of our players, we are generally not able to determine who the player will be until the week of the reception. As soon as we finalize who will be appearing at your VIP Reception, we will send an e-mail out to inform you.
