In-Kind Donation Requests

Memorabilia The Arizona Diamondbacks are proud to give back to our community. Each year, we provide donations to numerous non-profit organizations for fundraising auctions and raffles. To be considered for a donation item, please review the following guidelines:

Requests must be submitted online. Click here to access the D-backs donation form. Written or e-mailed requests will not be accepted.
Requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of your event.
We will honor one (1) donation request per organization per year. Multiple requests within a calendar year will not be accepted.
Organizations must be a non-profit 501 (c) (3) entity.
Donations are for charitable purposes only; we cannot provide sales incentives, corporate gifts or donations to for-profit entities.
We cannot accept personal items to be autographed by D-backs players or coaches.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.

Due to the volume of requests, we are unable to accept follow-up calls regarding the status of your request. If you have not received a response two weeks prior to your event, please contact the Community Affairs Department at donations@dbacks.com.
